I have only done a bumper with it, but have done 12 notches with it, so far so good.

I have one too, and it has held up great. The only thing I don't like with the notcher is that when you do angles, the hole saw isn't deep enough.

Do you use the 1/4" pilot bit with the hole saw?
Does the hole saw bit try to wander when cutting angles?
I'm pondering building a notcher that keeps the tube level and the drill shaft pivots for angles. I would use my holehog drill with it as I don't have a large drill press.

I have a super hawg that I use on mine. Just so I don't hurt my arm, if it grabs. But I would imagine you could just use a regular drill motor.

I need to extend the cage through the fire wall to the front and build a support under the cowling for the steering and brakes. Then building a center counsel down from the dash to connect the wiring and back to cover the tranny, so nothing will be attached to the body shell.
Brakes, steering, motor-tranny-steering cooling, wiring, shifter, drive-lines, seats, more cage side protection, rest of the floorboards, body work, lengthen the front clip and probably more that I'll think of later that needs to be finished.

I'm also welding sheet metal on top of the cage so nothing pokes through if it rolls over and will also add a little rigidity. Going to use the old J20 cab roof metal to save a little $$.

Got the steering collumn brackest attached to the roll cage and collumn in. Need to get an adapter for the high pressure hose from the Chevy pump to the Jeep box now. Also, pickup a fiberglass body panels with one-piece hood fenders at the swapmeet, so now I can put together the one-piece tilt front clip. I'll try and get some pics up.
