it really didnt do much damage concidering... it put a hole in the floor, no biggie. set off the air bags (thats what totalled it out) bent up my ebrake bracket, already fixed and busted 2 joints in the d-shaft. fixed that too.. from the outside you would never know it happened, it will be good as new hopefully by this weekend. And i am using the insurance money to do some stuff I have needed to for a long time but couldnt afford, like bed liner, seats, controll arms. and its paying for the auto tranny my wife has been wanting... so even though it sucks its not a rig I ever want to sell so i dont care about the title deal.. so now im over being bummed and excited about the changes... Yea a drive shaft loop would be a good adition...

Let me know how those tires work out. I'm thinking about a set of them for my Ramcharger when it gets done.

Well i got to driver her today... Had a few bugs to work out. First off the voltage regulator in the alternator went bad and fried my battery. Had a bad ground on the new wiring that was keeping the jeep from starting, thats fixed now. and it drove nice but the t-case was stuck in 2lo for some reason so I could only drive 20mph... anyways got the bat and the alt fixed just need to get the tcase worked out and she will be rollin....
PS driving the auto was differant, i kept pressing the clutch to slow for an upcoming stop... Doesnt help so much with the auto.. But it will be a good thing for the wife!

drove her home last night, and the pitbulls were smooth as glass at 65 on the hwy and not too noisy either, just a little howl.. the auto was very smooth under light accel and firm under heavy accel but all and all very user friendly.. just have some little odds and ends to clear up..
