Hmm No spark, no fuel pump. Sounds like some senser is out. I know with my Sub, if my Oil sending unit is not pluged in, I get no fuel pump and no spark.
Maybe it works the same on this jeep? Maybe other sensers could do the same?
Good luck. Please keep us posted.
Hay, I wonder if someone has a code chaser that you could hook up. It would tell you if somthing is not getting the correct signal?

www.obd-codes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1139 Read this forum if you have time, I know yours won't even start but these guys have some good info. They even tell you how to check for codes: turn ignition on-off-on-off-on then count the blinks of the check engine light. I really think it may be a crankshaft position sensor. Josh

I'm not sure what it is either at this point but I'm thinking flash codes are the best route to go.

Crank Sensor wires sometimes comes in contact with the exhaust header if not routed up against the firewall...check for breaks in the wires? Located at the back of the valve cover down to the drivers side top of the tranny.

I looked at it today. The ecm is a reman from 2004. So it had issues before. The ecm is getting ign and batt power. the shut off relay and fuel relay are not being powered up. I jumpered the relays and fired off the fuel pump and shut off relay but still no sark. it will not light up the service eng light so i think there mabe an ecm issue. need to lpug a good one in and try it.
