hooked up ecm got from outlaw ford , it runs but real shitty ,no acceleration, it also has holes in exhaust, gota get closer in year ecm, and keep on going,after it

Glad to hear it is starting! I think the holes in the exhaust is ment to make it go faster :-)... After about 20 minutes it makes you feel better also (if you can smell it inside the jeep)... Ups.. I didn't say that. I ment you had better get that fixed  |

got the ecm on yesterday, runs a whole lot better, a few things i need to chk ,then on too the rest , front end and titel it, it might make a good runner, oh and exhaust ....no non restrictive broken exhaust, ha ha

cool. glad to hear it is running OK now. so you should have it fixed by this weekend :-). and bring it to the fun run at browns camp..... OK, maybe you are not that amped on fixing it . I guess you will just have to drive your beast  |

let me know if you need anything for that D30. I still have my old one laying here off my zj. is the mani cracking at the head flange or where the 3 tubes come together?

You can buy one of those exhaust manifolds cheap on ebay, I had to for a engine replacement I was doing for a friend. Cost me about $80 or so shipped and fit great.

header is cracked where pipes go into colector ,this afternoon got it jacked up ,on stands, rear of lower links or whatever you call them ,striped all the mounts off ,some were all bent up ,pulled shockes ,one bent, disconected swaybar,quick disconect,droped drive line from front diff, working on trying to get front end squared back up under where it belongs ,ran out of light,time to eat,more later...

BEEN GONE , other projects,i got the front end done,heated and pulled r/h lower mount back into place rewelded and gusseted,installed TOMKIN upper and lower controlarms,got a tierod off a jeep at u pull it(thks rich) ,removed intake and old exhaust ,new headder (e bay)reinstalled intake and exhaust,new shocks and steering stablizer,reconnected all the wire harness DROVE IT OUT OF BARN...MOMMA drove it around pasture,back inside too finish  |
