It's sitting on it's own weight now (Still need to set the ride height). The Super charger is installed and working. It sound GREAT! Really healthy!! Next up is doing the full hydro steering (Street legal version that you can move the tires with the motor off). We still have alot to learn about this before buying anything, then the brakes, drivelines, grease and gear oil in the axles and Tcase.. Then see if it will move again ;-) Top 4-link tubing and brackets that were welded to the frame. Front shock hoops and cross brace welded in. You can see the DOM 4-links, heavy duty hyme joints and superchager in this pic.

Top 4-link tubing and brackets that were welded to the frame. Did you guys add any "fish plates" or extra bracing to tie the two welded joints on the ends? It looks pretty strong, but could be a weak spot since the lowers attach to crossbar and will see the abuse if the axle hits something.

We added triangle bracing between the frame and the cross brace if that is what you are talking about? The bracing goes all the way past the angled piece to the flat part of the tubing. We will probably add another bracket tying the center of the 4-link bracket into the T-case skid plat as well but that will need to be a bolt on one. We will probably add some tabs this bracket and have some flush mounted (tork?) head bolts so they will not get messed up when dragging on rocks.

Here is a picture of it under the jeep. You can see some of the gussets. And another view Like a talked about above, we will weld on some tabs on the back of this and bolt it to the Tranny/Tcase skid plate for extra support in the middle. That way the skid plates will still be removable if needed....

I couple more pics of the 4-links done. this one you can see the supercharger setup as well ;-).. We have swapped the steering knuckles and are atempting to put the steering arm between the bottom 4-link and the drive line. It's going to be tight but nice if it doesn't touch when flexing it out!

Those from frame to the crossmember will help too. The place I was talking about was where the long piece is welded to the smaller angled pieces. There going to be a lot of force going into that piece and twist force going that those welds might start to crack. I'd put at lease a small piece on the front and rear just for added strength.
