Replied. Looking at the diagram, tried to load it just not working. @ Fuel Pump relay; Dark green with yellow strip: power to pump Pink with black stripe : hot at all times, switched power to pump Red: switched power, also tied to fuel injectors Light blue with orange stripe: computer controlled ground The red and light blue/orange stripe is the control circuit for the relay. When I can find another pin out ill share. Was there a green connector by the ecu? **finally got it to work**

Yesterday we went to put the supercharger on and ran into issues... First off; we have had a small vacuum leak in between the upper and lower intake, so when we went to tighten the bolt down(nut was really loose, like 5 pounds of pressure); the intake broke and took a 1/2 dollar sized whole out of the intake runner. I called Derik (pure insanity truck) and he was able to reweld it up for me.
When installing the supercharger, we have to relocate the alternator to the bottom of the motor. After we bolted the plate on and relocated that alternator, Tyler jumped on the bumper of the jeep to finish the install and herd a "clink"... When looking closer he found the Alternator bracket was hitting on the upper 4-link bracket. Ugh... We are not sure what to do now. To run the supercharger, we need to move the alternator, but we don't see any room for it to move to. The drivers side already had the power steering pump and we would run into the same issue if we moved that. We are stumped at the moment.

This is a picture of how the Alt gets moved to allow for the S/C.. And this is what the top of the motor looks like once completed... I'm wondering if I can squeeze the alt above the radiator hose or something on top.. as I don't see any room on the bottom or sides.

How much work would it be to mod the engine mounts to bring the engine up a little?

Thank Leeland, we thought of that and looked at it last night. It doesn't appear to be possilbe to move it up much, or enough because the valve covers will be hitting the firewall and the bellhousing will hit the firwall as well. Plus the place on top where we were thinking of mounting the Alt is going to be hard becasue of the way the power steering mounts. We are going to have to get creative.. Just not sure how yet. Our plan it to take it apart on Sunday and then see where we can move stuff around and make brackets to get it to work.

Well. we are still getting horrible Fuel mileage with the jeep. When pulling the computer codes we are getting an EGR code (we have a ERG delete plate, plus a EGR simulator that plug into the wiring).. Still we are getting that code and we are getting two other codes for EVP and EVAP. I'm sure that is the reason for the bad fuel mileage but I don't know how to fix the codes....
Oh, and we are getting no where with mounting the Supercharger as well. The base mounting plate for the Supercharger doesn't even fit. It hits the frame... Plus we don't have a place to move the Alt. Ugh this is getting frustrating.
