Got the return line plummed yesterday. Also wired a flat 4 way pluging so we can pull the small quad trailer. Put in a EGR simulator into the wireing to remove the egr code from the computer. Installed a factory 192 Degree thermostate.
Ordered new 39lb fuel injectors (red tops) for the jeep. If these changes don't help the fuel mileage.... Then I'm at a loss and will need to take to some place.

Got the new injectors and installed them last night. Jeep started great and ran good for about 5 minutes while we were checking for leaks, exec.. got in and gave it some throttle, then it started to flood out. Hmm.. Maybe the MAF can not adjust to these injectors? I unpluged the battery and let it sit over night. I'll look everything over again to make sure I didn't miss something then start it up again. If it's still not happy.... I'll have to remove these injectors. It's not really driveable the way it is.

We ended up pulling the new injectors back out so Tyler could drive the jeep. Not sure if it's a MAF/injector issue, or if the new injectors are bad... The jeep it back to running fine with the 19LB injectors in it, but they are to small to boost the motor with so we will have to get the larger injectors in and running fine before messing with the SC again.

Bought a C&L 73MM Maf for it and a purple Maf tube. Tyler did the pulled the old 19LB injecotrs back out and swaped them for the 32 lb ones, then installed the new maf, sensor, new TB hose and K&N filter. Fired right back up and runs\idles fine now.
Now he just needs to drive it and see if the fuel mileage is better. If not, I'm done and will need to take it some place to have a tune done on it...

It is still a little early to tell, but it looks like we are getting much better fuel mileage with the new injectores and Maf :-)..

Still no idea how to fit the super charger or where to re-locate the alternator?

To answer your question no it is not a C&L its a later model stang housing that is much bigger then the stock piece. The housing I ran with the SC was a C&L and I hated it. They are notorious for having to be clocked to run right and there was not enough room for me to clock to where I wanted it because the sensor would hit the SC. And the 'sample tubes' are just a band aid to trick the ecu into dumping more fuel, some guys have good luck, others not so much. If your still have some slight tune ability issues pop up you can try clocking the MAF ie rotate the orientation of the sensor vs the intake tube and see if that helps.

Thanks guys. It looks like the C&L, correct tube and new injectors did the trick. It is getting better fuel mileage. Tyler towed two quads down to sand lake and back on a little over 3/4 tank. I'm guessing he was getting close to 17mpg towing the small trailer down and back.
We have not messed any more with trying to put the Supercharger on it. Now that we have it getting good fuel mileage, the super charger will be next on the list.

He started by comp cutting the body. One side almost done. Both sides done. Rear view. Got some steel.. Barrowed a plasma cutter. and made the brackets. He still has the bolt holes to drill... Hmm.. See if this works.. Dang new board ;-)..

Can anyone bend 2"x .25 Wall DOM tubing? Should we bend the bottom 4-link bars to make more clearance or keep them straight? If they are bent, wouldn't they bend easier in the future? I'm thinking of buying through one of these places. Does anyone have a better place in mind? Try EMJ Metals in NE Portland. They had better prices for DOM when I bought mine a couple of years ago. I bought my 2"x.25 DOM from Newberg steel back when I started my build it was spendy for the 22' stick though.

I buy all my HREW from Ram steelco in Salem, best prices I have found and they usually can deliver for free if you spend over $100.

Thanks guys. I think I got a killer deal at Tubingservices. 20 feet of 2"x.25 wall DOM for $150 ($7.50 per foot).
Mike is getting 20 feet of 1-3/4X.25 wall DOM for $131. We are picking it up on Friday!
We ordered the rest of the hymens, alignment spacers jam nuts and weld in bungs last night. With any luck they will get here before this weekend and we can start tacking and welding up the rear suspension.
Tyler also put an offer in on some 18" travel air shocks for the rear. He is planning on 2" of up travel and the rest being a droop setup.
If we get in the parts, anyone want to come over and help setup and weld the 4-links in this weekend with us ;-)
