I will need it soon I should get the transfer case out today. I will call or text you.
Good to here about the death wobble. I'm going to replace my rear front spring bushings with some better poly ones. The current ones have completely fallen apart, and see if that helps my death wobble thing.

so here's the difference in shift forks, the funny thing is, is that the other shift fork for the high low range is of the old stile. not sure why they would have changed only one of the two forks. look 32 spline input ... its a figure 8 too. so to recap switching to a 32 spline front is not that easy you may need more parts to complete the swap, if its a late model. It is so nice having a spare 205, so save your junk 205s, I've used almost everything out of it. ;D this thing was missing its vent tube to oh and look from mud fest I'm growing grass on my floor mats

Got it in and the drive line fitted, needs new u joints before next run. flattened the tires so I could hand lift the 205 in place easier, but again not that easy now I just need to work on the shifters and its done.

Thanks Pat, I was thinking about it. my front spring bushing bent, thin shackles the proper tool for removing rivet's easy. Replaced everything, got some nice poly bushings from Jason but could not get them out of the square eye piece. so I had to replace the hole piece. used grade 8 bolts and 3/8s thick shackles, got to trim them a bit was not sure how long I wanted them.

Got my joints and installed them today. But now I'm having problems with clearance on the upper yolk. already ground on it twice and its all coming back out again to grind some more I jacked up the truck till the tire was dangling and it was still binding a bit. so maybe one more good day and I should be able to button this up and take it out somewhere. ;D

finely got my twin sticks done on this. not sure why but just cause I could I guess. and it didn't cost nothing so bonus. turned out good thanks for the shifter leadfoot. ;D used the stock linkage for one and welded 3 bolts together for the other. still got to clearance the yolk a bit more.

from summer bash finely got this apart and wow there's some damage.. broke the outer spindle nut and the lock ring, lots of large chunks of axle shaft. makes me wonder if i had drove it farther weather the last spindle nut would have backed off and there go a tire and hub
