Well I had a bit of steam to blow off after testing this morning so I started removing the lift! Got the rear lift removed and stock suspension back on... I think it will be easier to get in and out of LOL... It sits lower than it will when its done since being parked on a hill and sitting 4in higher still but the stance will definatly be lower! LOL I will be doing the front end this weekend and try getting the tube fenders mocked up... But figured I would throw this up since its pretty funny looking...

yea yea lough it up boys!
I took it off to get my cog down... I had a 4 in lift so I take it off and belly up the bottom of the jeep and get 3.5 of it back and I still have the same clearance as with the lift but with the whole thing sitting lower to the ground...
I am supposed to graduate in the spring and am trying to make plans for coming out next year... just have to wait and see what the job situation will be like.. I might be getting an internship out of the school for the spring and then it would become a job in the summer and in that case I would be more likely to get time off...

LOL yea im going to stick with the 35s till I wear them out and then I might go 37s... its crazy how much 4in of lift really is though. I am 6' 3" and I used to hop up and in just a bit now I just slide in... Im curiouse to see if my brick is anymore aerodynamic now that its a little more compact...

well i got to work on the jeep for a few hours today and try to work out some of the kinks of droping the suspension... First off now that the flat pitman arm is close to the tie rod I cant have the hydro assist ram ontop of the tie rod so I pulled the diff cover and gained 1/2in of extra clearance there... then I trimmed the mount tabs on the tie rod to gain another 1in of clearance there... It got too late to be out with the grinder so it will have to wait till monday morning to see fif I got enough clearance to run the ram paralell to the ground... fingers crossed...
