well i got to work on the jeep for a few hours today and try to work out some of the kinks of droping the suspension... First off now that the flat pitman arm is close to the tie rod I cant have the hydro assist ram ontop of the tie rod so I pulled the diff cover and gained 1/2in of extra clearance there... then I trimmed the mount tabs on the tie rod to gain another 1in of clearance there... It got too late to be out with the grinder so it will have to wait till monday morning to see fif I got enough clearance to run the ram paralell to the ground... fingers crossed...

got another few hours in and it was rough going. trying to cut the stock pan hard bracket off the frame was miserable too up 3 cutting discs and crap load of time, I had to take off my spring and bump stops.. but I got it off and the new raised bracket built and welded in... Its going to be nice tomorrow so I am looking to make so headway on the tube fenders and will post pics tomorrow...
anyone have any tips for trimming the fender flares... I got them bent up and want them to be cut 4.5in... whats the best way to get a decent straight cut at the proper height and angle for the flares?

ha ha lol! Well got some work done this morning and hope to have the front fenders all tacked into place by this evening but since im in watching the kids figured I would thow up a few pics.. i couldnt be happier with how its going, and how well the bender is working for me... just taking a little to get used to measureing for bends... anywho heres a few pics from the morning... The first is my new panhard mount bracket, its boxing in the frame and sits 4in higher than stock and since I took a 4 in lift off its perfect... Next is the front fenders going in... More pics to come tonight hopefully! I also want to get the sliders bent up...
