I like having an interupter switch in there, I got the switch wired in alread as well as the relay.. just would like a live feed with ignition to trigger the relay..
Rock dog would you take a pic of how or where you wired it into your fuse block? I wondered if I might have an aux spot but I dont have an owners manual and could only find back to 99 online...

well the jackstand is back on the road.. finnished wiring up the taurus fan, it kicks on at 210 and turns on and off with the ignition, and has a manual override for water crossings... the fan doesnt turn on while driving in 90* temperatures and only turns on every once and a while when parked, worried me at first but the temp guage sits right there at 210 all the time... The jeep rides alot smoother with the stock suspension than with the lift, and I dig the new ride height... next weekend is the time to flat belly this thing!

so is that 1" square tubing and a 1/4" flat plate? why go F $ r$ custom 9" instead of a Jeep 44 that would bolt right in and comes with disks and a selctable locker?

Yea its 7/8in square tubing as a spacer and 1/4in hardened implement plate (at least im pretty sure it came off a big plow and its stiffer than the 3/8in cold rolled steel I have laying around) i got disc brakes and a locker, and stronger and alot less money than a jeep 44.I enjoy building my own stuff so drop in axles vs building my own wasnt a big deal, and I have around 700 in that axle and thats completly rebuilt alloyed locked and geared And when I have a little money I am going to pull the rear axle shave it and get a hpthird for it and then I will be able to just drop the pan pull the spacer and go completly flat to the frame...

Nice job on the belly tuck... It is funny what kids will do. When I was little I remember helping my dad on his car and I got bored so I sprayed WD40 on all of his lug nuts.. Needless to say the next morning on his way to work he almost lost the front two..

So on the tummy tuck did you have to do anything to the exaust or did the 7/8 tube drop it enough to clear? Mudslinger and I were just looking at ours, thinking of ways to build our own.

The 7/8ths helped, but my only issue was the o2 sensor or what ever that is welded to the top of the exhaust right behind the cat without that there wouldnt be an issue... I am going to move it out of the way though....... I have a little secret coming in the mail tomorrow, and I thing the 7/8ths spacer will be coming out. A few guys here in the jeep club pulled moved the exhaust hanger down the keep it away from the bottom of the floor. As it sits now I have 2in of clearance to the heat shield and close to factory clearance for the skid pan... Mine is a 97 so I dont know if the exhause is differant in that transition year.
