I have a can I just havent gotten around to it... I have been trying to get my steering and panhard all straightened away... aparently its a huge pita to swap axles in desighne everything for a 4in lift and then pull the lift... so I am redoing the panhard so it doesnt hit the lowest pulley on the motor or the diff... oh and then I had to swap the hydro ram to point the other way since the bracket on top the tie rod was hitting the pitman arm then the ram was hitting the pan hard/ sway bar bracket and so I had to cut that off and redisign it with some differant clearances.... I am going to flush my cooling system tomorrow and put in the new radiator and electric fan, hopefully get the pan hard back in and line the fender wells.... then I will be ready to flat belly it....
I decided to come up with a list of immediate stuff I need to get done asap, of course there will be future mods but these are on top ...
Flush cooling system Swap radiator put in taurus fan front bumper rear bumper sliders belly up t-case
then wheel it for the rest of the year and start a new list of mods for next year....

Well I got some work done today and i really went well for winging it.... Got the radiator flushed, and it was bad it had 1/4in of lime scale build up on the top of the rad core... got the radiator out, 7 years of leaves packed between the ac coller and radiator, and cut out the stock fan... and got the new radiator in with the new taurus fan, and one of the things made me super happy is I got the radiator overflow mounted back in the stock location by building a new bracket to hold it.. I also found some power steering ideal operating temperatures and found that I should be running around 210 and since thats what my motor runs at I found I could use the tranny cooler as my hydro steering cooler and cleaned up things even more, got rid of some hose and overall I am super stoked,, left on my list is... the jeep is somuch quiter now even when the fan is running than the stock fan... finnish panhard bracket front bumper rear bumper sliders and belly up t-case... then wheel it for the rest of the year and start a new list for next year....

Im going to get the new panhard built tomorrow and the jeep will be back on the road.

i like the fan it wasnt very hard to install or wire up, the only thing I have to do is find a good place to tie in the switch so it will turn on with the ignition... I need to find a diagram of my fuse box and then I can tie into it there and will be good to go...

In my 97 TJ, their is a spot for "Aux Fan" in my fuse panel on the passenger side fender. That is how I wired mine in. It comes on and off with the key. With Chevtech's help I was able to wire it up so at 215 degrees, the "high speed" will turn on, although I've only heard it on once. (after shutting it off on the Rubicon getting it hotter). I think I had a writeup about it. I will look and see for you.
