Ok..bought a new rebuilt 2.8L with the custom cam for it yesterday, it goes in the shop Monday  |

Dave got the new motor in and got it running good , only problem now is the tranny cable is binding up and the only one available is from Chrysler on the east coast. So have to wait til around the end of next week for it to get here. |

Got the White Jeep back today, cost a little more then I thought. But at least it runs good now. Still gotta break it in and work out a few bugs. I think the Black Jeep has more power though, at least right now.

Renee likes her new Jeep , kinda hard for me to sit in the passenger seat, not use to being on this side of the rig.  Feels like we are in a jet with the roar of the motor. |

2 new motors? you should swap doors on them. each one will look like law enforcement then.

Put air-horns in today for Renee. Also took out the cruise control system and A/C stuff. Engine compartment looks better |

Still having problems with the transmission not shifting into over-drive, or maybe the kick-down is stuck on?

does it have the push button power mode or whatever they called it? you might check into that if it does
