axle went underneath. and there you go. my friends hi lift slipped and put the first dent in the hood. and i noticed that i will have a problem with the draglink angle. but besides that i was very happy with it.

it kinda looks like something again. This came. It didnt fit as well as i was hoping but a little grinding fixed that. Then made this. It actually looks prty good. The pitman arm is not permanent. This is my cut/weld job to test fit/roll. A wagoneer pitman is in the mail.

oh yeah, VERY.
to-do list the real pitman arm is in the mail. shock mounts went to my parents house, ill get them this weekend. rebuild or buy a new master, (one way valve is jamed, so no pressure to the rear lines) calibrate my vssb. finish boxing in the slide box mounts modify trans xmember build drive shaft finish sliders
and install/button up various things
then i might try a trail or two, with my bald toyos.

Update: I got my pitman arm squared away. I replaced all the ball joints in the dana 44 and repacked all the bearings. I sold the old wheels and am rolling on the H1s right now. I decided to wait on recentering the H1s until i am closer to getting on the trails to make sure all the little loose ends get more or less tied up and to not tempt my self to go unprepared. I also started to modify my VSSB. I got it all torn down and was about to soder in the dip switches. But low and behold they seem to have found a black hole and have vanished, i dont live in a big house, and have no idea where they went. (roomate probably threw them away on accident) pics it will even do a brake stand. haha

did you grind down the front caliper? or use spacers to clear the calipers for the D44?

the front wheels are actually standard steel spares. So they have a reasonable amount of backspacing. I have to other two beadlock rims in the shop, and will cut the runflats and recenter before they go on the front.
