I got the ox switch hooked up. It's in an ok location. I think I might move it up about 3/4" later. Got the hydrolics figured out I think. First problem I had was when I started the truck fluid would spray out of the vent in the aux resivoir. After thinking it over I believe what was happening is the resivoir on the pump was drawing in air from its vent, then after the fluid left the steering box to the aux resivoir it pressurized that resivoir before returning to the pump. So I plugged the vent in the aux resivoir and now it doesnt leak. However the pump resivoir began leaking after I turned off the engine. So I blead the air out of the system and now seams fine. So I began checking how it turns and now it doesn't turn? So I flip the hoses around on the ram and it turns great. Still when I turn the engine off I can here the pump resivoir blead off air. It doesnt seam to leak though?

leave quite a bit of room for fluid expansion. Took me a couple of time before I figured out my cold fluid level. I always kept adding more and when I would warm up it would over flow and get oil everywhere

yea thats taken in to consideration, I'm sure when it comes up to full temp I will loose more cause I over filled it trying to get the air out of the aux resivoir. Right now it still getting airated a bit. I'll screw with it tomorrow. It does turn easy. The ram pushes about a 1/4" farther than the steering I think. When I turn till the steering wheel stops the ram will max out and the tire turns just a bit more. I can adjust that out though cause I got 2 different hole drilled in my mount from screwing with it on the bench.

Did you do any mods to the pump? ? You'll have to play with the rod adjustment a little, I still haven't got mine exact but damn close.

The thing is, if you have good pressure right now don't mod the spring in the pump. The only mod that I did to my pump was to take out the fitting in the back, drill it bigger, and notched it so I could get more oil flow at lower rpms. I have heard horror stories about streching the spring and then people blowing out the seals in thier steering boxes.

are you just running the hose extension for a resivoir? I'm tempted to remove my extra resivoir and go to the hose if I cant get the air blead out properly. the one thing I like about this resivoir is it has a filter in it.

Well I got the rest of my parts today. Didnt get as early of a start as planned but it was early enough for my day off. Picked up a 205 t-case and doubler adapter from a Bastard in Washington I'll get it installed after I get a wheeling trip in.
