Saturday I went out wheeling and the truck kept dying, and eventually wouldn't start. Realized the fuel pump wasn't priming when the key was in the 'on' position, so I checked the power wire going to the pump and noticed it wasn't getting any power. Then I checked the wires going to the injectors and they weren't getting power either. Any idea what would cause both the injectors and the pump to not get any power? Anyone else deal with this in the past? Hopefully it's a quick fix, but that never seems to be the way. Thanks!

I don't know about chevs but I had a ford ranger that did that and it had a fuel shut off relay... if the truck was hit or bumped around enought it would trip... It was a matter of just know were the switch was and pushing the little red button... Ford put them in to shut down the fuel in the case of an accident... It could be a relay in the fuse box under the hood is fallty also...

On the chevys, it's usually the fuel pump relay or the big azz fuse that runs it all.
