those damned california/mobile home axles suck,we gave the stupid trailer away,actually we scrapped it to the tow yard

there is a reason they leave those under the homes they move with them.

as i learned the hard way also they are a 1 time axel if i was to keep my trailer i was going to put new axels under it

I'm so glad that the wheel on Marv's trailer didn't come off when the Black Jeep was on it atime ago. All I got to say, is keep a close eye on the bearing nuts and make sure you have a good cotter pin or keeper on them.

did the wheel pass ya when it flew off? The last time that happened to me the wheel passed us before we knew what was going on and it flew across 3 lanes into the borrow pit and up onto the other side of the interstate and was nailed by a white caddy, it destroyed the rim and tire and I dont think the guy in the caddy knew what happened he never stoped.

It looks like the spindle broke? Did the hub come off or did it break?

the hub is still attached to the rim,,all that is left on the trailer side was the bearings,that stuck on there,,and yes the tire passed us,it landed almost on the overpass seen in one of the pics,was about 5ft from goin on that overpass in the trees there
