Been trying to find info but no luck.... What I have heard so far is~ About 4 or 5 last night we were in the Hula Moon Lounge when a series of fire trucks and water tanks head towards TSF. Rigs from FG,ODF,and Cornelius went up. Mel talked to the gal at the gas station and he aid they were up there past 2AM putting out a large fire on a trail. They had a tough time getting to the fire. Not sure what trail or how much burned.. Thanks to all the fire fighters for getting it out ... Have yet to hear the cause there were ALOT of rigs up there!!!!!

Ok...found out some info about this at our Trail Patrol meeting tonight. The fire was started from the looks of it on Gummyworm Trail, about 6 miles up Beaverdam Rd. Thet said there was a LOT of brass in the area(gun shells). They are thinking it was started by hot ammo shells. Was in the clear-cut area of Gummyworm Trail.

I was told it burned somewhere near 8 Acres and jumped the line multiple times.... isnt most of that area thinned... It would move threw the underbrush pretty fast
