For those of you who wheel in the Browns Camp we need your help. As you may or may not know, most of the recreation staff at ODF is going to be laid off at the end of June. This is extremely bad news due to the fact that all the major strides ODF has taken in the last few years could be washed away very quickly. One of the things that we can do is call and write letters to ODF Leadership explaining how important the recreation staff is. They are the ones who balance our trails and do everything possible to keep them safe and fun without hurting the environment. They are also the ones who coordinate all of the volunteer efforts and the organized runs. With the staffing cuts, ODF will no longer be able to build, maintain and organize to the capacity that they have been. It is up to us to show them how important the recreation staff at ODF is.
