yeah, i adjusted the valves, it helped some so that was part of it but there is definatly still a knocking. ill try some top end cleaner could do some good. i was also thinking to drop the oil pan to see if it was just rod bushing knock.

Drain the oil and see if there is any metal in the oil or a grey tint to the oil, those would be signs of a bad bearing.

Also check your ignition timming for grins.
