I've got a buddy that has a 95 tahoe 4x4 that want's to do a solid axle swap. I know it's been done before and i know we could figure it out ourselves, but why recreate the wheel when it's already been done? wanted to know if any of you guys have or know someone that has done it successfully. I've found articles on it, but some of them have contradicting info in them. just wanted advice from someone with first hand experience. and someone local would be a BIG help. Thanks a bunch guys.

that's kinda what i'm asking. What all is needed? what size springs, shackles, etc, etc......? He's planning on doing 3/4 ton axles in it. right now it just has a 10 bolt in the rear and i think he's going to do a FF14b since they are pretty easy to come by. I suggested a D60 up front out of a F250 or F350 since he has a driver side drop xfer case. We have found a few of those around so all we really need is more info on what other parts to get.

Sorry, been gone awhile. Yes, we do make a kit. We would need to fab one up for you, but we should be able to do that within 2 weeks or so if you really want one. PM me your number and we can talk about it. I will tell you this up front. Anyone that says doing a SAS project is a cheap weekend deal is full of crap. The kit will be a small portion of the cost of everything you need.
Shoot me an e-mail with your contact info and I can send you a pic of the kit. Send it to scavilee@blackwidowperformance.com
