I was looking at misc sites for axle ideas and Jack it suspension had a truck on 49's that steered in the rear. They claimed it was a 14 bolt with d60 knuckles on it. Does anybody know about this conversion? www.jackit.com/gallery.htm

it's been done. doing it on the rear for rear steer would be cool. I heard of people doing it in the front as well but you loose alot of ground clearance compaired to a dana 60.

There really isn't a "per say KIT" for something like this, its more of a "take 2 axles, canibalize them, and make 1 steering axle" sort of thing.

sounds like a converting a rear dana 60 to steerable would be cheaper and easier
