Wish I had a picture but I towed my friends 03 cobra mustang with my little coupe. Had a guy stare in his jeep, I can only imagine how ridiculous it looked going down the highway. His 03 is the next project, at the very least blew a head gasket.

I found a bumper cover listed for a 93 and so I drove 30-40 min to go look at the thing and when I got there it was a 94-98 style bumper cover. I was a little disappointed and on top of it he didnt realize the body style change was 94 and the bumper had a assmebly date of 93 in it and so I had to show him a pic of my car so he would realize it doesn't fit the 93 and older mustangs. I told him thanks any ways after telling him what kinda of stuff I had done to my coupe and he walks up the drive way with me and when we got to his garage he says " here let me show you my toy" so I'm like ok and go into the garage and he's pulling the car cover back off this really sweet clone of a old Shelby gt350 road course car. This car was freaking immaculate and he races it on the courses down here. It had so many little details it wasnt even funny and the man him self even signed the dash of this thing. Yep Carroll Shelby signed his dash. I'm seriously kicking myself for not taking pictures of this car, it was well worth the drive.

I bought a reman power steering rack for my coupe with the sport ratio 2.25 lock to lock for under a 100$. It's 140$ for the same rack down in Cali. I can't wait to get out and come home for good, prices down there are just another reason. At any rate I'll finally fix my steering which I haven't had power to in over a year. On a separate note the dohc 4.6 cobra engine came out and pulled the drivers side valve cover and there was a cam follower just chilling there in the corner of the head so it could be a reason why the thing was sounding like it had a dead cylinder, I think my friend is scared to go any further since he now says he just wants to put the engine back in.

Forgot, my friend gave me back the set of wheels I orginally bought but traded to him for his 96 cobra wheels. They are a set of SVT Cobra wheels that his 03 was supposed to originally have. I traded him because I thought they wouldnt fit but after trying them it looks that they will and heres a idea of how it would look like.

It's a cam follower and it was fine so he put it back in, he probably over reved. My concern was the oil consumption, it was bottle fed a few times before my friend bought it and after he got it, he went after every crotch rocket, vette, Cobra, V-8 Camaro and even a Lambo and usually won. My car was the only GT (clone) he ever raced and he lost the second round after I gave mine a heart trans plant and it was before the super charger went in mine. At any rate I think he might have melted a piston considering the hand tuner he has advances the timing and he has one of the smallest pullies available for those Terminator Cobra's pushing his boost over 10 which sadly is all the further his factory gauge reads to. If you google 3521 you'll read what I do.

Finally got a new bumper so I may actually paint it before I move home. It'll be nice to have good paint on it but on the other hand the crappy primer gives some people a impression I don't mind them having. It's like the younger generations have forgotten "it's the cars in velvet you need to beware of".

Picked up some more parts. Snagged a full hydro boost from a 96 cobra. Also got a new bumper so I can finally really paint it.

I picked up a set of lowering springs to swap out the 4 cylinder springs, I wanted to keep the 4 cylinder springs out back for weight transfer but the car sits just too high in the rear compared to the front. While sealing the rear springs found a little surprise; broke a bolt for the sway bar. This is part number two my drive way has claimed. My bumper being the first and which I have the replacement almost completely sanded and ready for minor repairs before primer and paint.

Have to say Proform has awsome customer service. The other week my power steering pump seized and the belt got so hot it melted the plastic pulley on the smog pump delete kit. I called Proform today and told them what happened and and now their sending a new pulley out for free. I didn't expect that especially when it didn't fail due to any fault of their own.

Got sick of seeing it multi-colored so it's coming apart. I got one fender painted in satin black.

Been working on it here and there to strip it down. The wind shield was pretty much garbage so it gone now.
