maybe lexan instead of plexi glass? I have kinda looked into the scratch resistant stuff, not sure if I can get it thin enough so it will still conform to the wave that I have for a windsheild frame. The dust isn't horrible, just dirty! Just don't follow too close to the guy in front of you, you might be eating a stray small rock ;D

I used it for my back window in my runner. It has worked out great, as far as not breaking. I'm not sure how it is to have wipers on it and seeing through it to drive since it is in the back. I used a razor knife to cut it and caulked it in. It has been in for a couple of years now with no isues. You can swing by my house and take a look at it if you want.

I got a peice from Lowes, that worked great till the wipers hit and then it was scratched. I tried Rain-x but it didn't seem to work once dirty rain got on it. I am going to have to talk to Brenner some more and see if the stuff his son can get will for for sure or not.

Here is the latest...copied and pasted....too long to repost, lol. Here are some pics and a mini write up on the IFS HUB CONVERSION. Parts: I used v6 IFS calipers...RC10088 &RC10087 Mid 80s FJ60 LANDCRUISER rotors... centric# 121.44037 (9838) Seals from a solid axle truck (comes in knuckle rebuild kits) IFS wheel hubs...Thanks Leadfoot. First you set the rotor on the hub then using a drill bit mark 2 of the holes.... Then drill out and bolt the 2 on.... Mark the remeinder of the holes then unbolt and drill out the rest, should look like this.... Just imagine where the wheel hub would mount up and you can see the difference...NO MORE SPACERS.. You have to drill out the knuckles to a 1/2" Tap out the caliper bolt hole with a 1/2x20 tap.. The caliper will now bolt on the outside of the knuckle. ....Yes those are magnum studs all 12 I also used the HD felt protectors... This is my next big progect.... FULL HYDRO I also traded my 42's to CRAWLIN503 for 5 39.5 iroks 4 of them 70% ish and 1 BRAND NEW. Then I sold the 4 to 83HOTROD and ordered new ones today, I will have 5 BRAND SPANKIN NEW ones for MOAB!!!

I did the IFS hub conversion also.. but i didnt remember having to drill out the holes like you did to mount to rotors.... I had to "machine" the ears of my caliper a little so the rotor didnt rub in the inside of it which didnt pop up until i went and tightened the wheel bearings...
Im using the v6 calipers with the two large pistons and the 3 heat risers on the side of the caliper... im having problems running wheels without some 1/2 spacers spacing the wheel from the rotor, ive been told a little bit of grinding on the caliper will fix it, but have you ran into this?
anyway i can personally run 37s with mine without rubbing on the springs, no spacers, love it.... have always hated spacers they just scare me
BTW you got more money into your knuckle studs than i have into my whole front end lol....

I haven't mounted the wheels on it yet, still waiting for the tires to come in. Guess I could test fit them. I didn't have to grind the knuckle at all. Not sure the difference in the rotors. NONE of the holes matched up in between the hub and the rotor.
