what kind of compression you running? a Holley 750 would be a decent street/strip carb. predators were mainly used for drag racing and i know they used them quite a bit on monster trucks on top of those blown big block alky fed monsters.

Cool! I use to drag a 70 camaro my self.
I still have some 33" 15 wide racing slicks on Crager 5 spoke wheels (sloted mags with 5 bolt pattern) I has a for 9" in the back but the rims should also fit your 10 bolt.
I don't have plans for them so, I might be willing to give them away to you. That is, if they will fit. I used air shocks in the back to get the clearance for those tall of tires.
Also "megees auto electric" (SP?) in Lake Oswego has a full dyno and was able to tune in my Camaro nicely. I never had to mess with the carb or timing for years after they tuned it. You might want to give them a call and see if they still do that type or thing.

i have been working on this latey insead of my truck since this is my summer cruiser and my truck is for the winter. with the nice weather coming i wanted it done so i could just cruise it and not really work on it first i pulled the engine out and resaled it. it had a bad timing chain cover on it the hole for the balancer was off a little so it ate one side of the seal away. than i riped the vinyle top off and shot the whole car with some semi-flat black paint. i have been crusing it around and got to say the 4.10 arnt too bad run about 3300 keeping up with traffic (dont have a speedo yet) im really enjoying it drives like a new car here are a few new pics
