i just picked this thing up last week. bought it off craigslist for $900 just needs a tranny and some tlc. it has a 304 3 spd and d20.   it should be a fun little hunting and wheeling rig |

Love cheap Jeeps! Planning on mods? its going to have a ton of future mods just not much in the next 6-8 months. probably going to get a j20 60 in the rear, 44 in front, (maybe 60) and havent decided on suspension yet. probably going to run a 36-38 oon it |

well i just picked up a tranny, t-case, xmember, skid plate and a spare set of drivelines today for $400 i should have all that crap done tomorrow. then all i need to do is build seat mounts and do a tune up

i got the tranny in day before yesterday but i have to pull it for some reason the clutch isnt disengaging when you press the pedal down. and i think it needs a new ignition switch. it will be going real soon though.
then it will be onto saving up for a poison spyder comp stinger, smittybuilt winch. and of course some new swampers

When you press the clutch pedal do you have any resistance? It might somthing with the cable. Can you get someone to press the pedal while you are under it and see if the clutch lever moves?

theres barely any resistance when you push the clutch. and the linkage is working im not sure what is wrong with it.
