Are you talking about this replacement one? I will call them and talk to them. Thanks! It is different so I don't know how the skyjacker panhard bar will mount, but I will see what that can come up with. Thanks again, Rusty

I called them and spent some time talking with them about the bracket. It doesn't sound like they can (or will) make a bracket that will work for me.
The person that I talked to said that Jeep only made my type of brackets for 1-2 years then they went to the type of bracket show above. But I don't understand how jeep could have done that and not had a steering stabilazer or place for the anti-sway bar? The location that they show for the panhard bar is the factory location, but my lift doesn't use that location, I use the OEM steering stabalizer (SP) location for my panhard bar, and the bracket above has no place for the antisway bar...
Thanks anyway.. Please keep looking for me..

Boy, you wouldn't think it would be that hard to find a factory replacement (or heavy duty replacement) bracket for the Dana 30 front end.
I even called the dealership, they do not make the bracket, you have to order the whole housing. ($1400). Man I am so close and yet so far away..

It is a pain putting the 4link bolts back into the brakets, but not impossible. I was planning on welding the bracket on in place so I would get all the correct angle. I will give you a call tonight to discuss it. OK? Thanks again!

how bout this one from TnT customs? i think its designed to work with their truss system, but you could give them a call and see if they might have an alternative. these guys are really good to deal with from what i've heard on all the forums.

Did you just weld up the front brackets that were cracking or did you reinforce them?

Did you just weld up the front brackets that were cracking or did you reinforce them? I replace the bottom 4-link bracket on the passanger side and welded and wrapped the top 4 link on the passanger side. I would have liked to replace it also, but it fits inside the top truss that was a 2 piece bracket before I welded all three pieces together. Now it is one big piece of steel I still want to plate the front of it to make it a full box, but that can be done at any time.

Mine is tight on the axle, so I don't think I can raise it and keep the same angles I need for the steering. I have been doing alot of calling around today and I am now consirned the axle tube is bent It is leaking oil out the seal and down onto the knuckle. This is common when the axle tube is bent. I also sent pictures to Rubicon express, Tara flex, Ballisticfab and they all were consirned that the axle tube could be bent.

sounds like the dirty turdy might need to be replaced with something a little beefier.

Mine is leaking out the passenger side. I've replaced the seal, and still leaking. Figured it is bent from the high jumps on the sand. Will have to get a new or used one and truss it. Is yours trussed in the front?

Is yours trussed in the front? Yes my has a bolt on truss on the top of it, but the d30's are weak...... I will do the best I can with a straight edge and 3' angle finder to see if it is bent. I don't know what I will do if it is bent.
