Maybe it's way of telling you to get the Ford power out from between the frame and stick a Hemi in it . Did you get it to turn over at all?

I feel your pain, I looked in my radiators of the blazer and crew cab and both looked like lime slurpee, hope it warms up soon, don't no how much more they can take.

I think I can pull start it (Stick). It appears to be just a starter solenoid, but the Solenoid is berried on the back firewall above and behind the battery. It’s a great place because it will never get mud/ junk on it… but it will be some work getting to it… I will wait until it worms up before messing with it… It’s to cold outside. I've never had to replace it and I don't even know what it came out of. It might be fun tracking down the part.

I think I've seen that go up 7-UP, the hard side. It had a high speed winch with synthitic rope. Thing was sweet

Tyler and I started working on the spare 302 motors we have. I have two 302’s I rebuilt years ago and both don’t have many miles on them. (500-2000 miles total). Well my plan was to pull them apart and make sure the bottom ends looked fine, then replace the heads and cam with some new heads off of E-bay and the ford e303 racing came. The combo makes 400 motor HP.
Well, both of my spare motors have had junk in the oil and have ruined the bearings in the bottom end. There is nothing special about these motors, so I may just rebuild the motor in the jeep now (it has the steel crank, forged pistons and GT40 heads). I think it will also need the crank polished or ground.
Anyone know a GOOD Machine shop. One that can hot tank a block and prep it, plus rebuild the heads (mag and check for cracks) that is closer to Hillsboro? I will drive if I have to for a good shop..

I may have found me a motor deal. This guy might trade me a new crate motor 302 with the gt40 heads exec. for my 383 stroker motor.
