If your gonna weld the cylinder mount to the diff cover you should put a drain plug and fill plug so ya dont have to pull the cover to change the fluid. Unless it already has em then cool.

cool, thats real similar to my OX cover. Except the ox is machined out of a solid piece of steel.

I installed and filled the rear last night. I put a gallon and a half of gear lube and a 16 oz bottle of moly in and its still not full. I think with the stock cover it held just under a gallon.

Willy that is a snorkle on the passenger side I'll get some pics of it all broke down. Here are afew installed. There is a cone shaped K&N inside the large white colored section. The small clear hose off the bottm goes inside the cab on the floor board so I can see if water has gotten into the housing.

Thats freakin awesome!! I am working on something alot like that except mine will come up the cage so I can fold my window down. I may have to steal your idea about the clear pipe to keep an eye on water, thats freakin genius!!! what size pipe did you use, and what are you doing for the intake. I have an extra arb intake but I dont think it would fit that pipe.

The pipe is 4" ABS drain waste and vent piping.(the black) the white is 6". For the intake I was using a 4" elbow but I have an umbrella Type fitting I'm gonna make fit.
Thanks for the compliments!
