free scrap steel is the best, especially when you can build somthing tougher and better looking than those 200 to 400 dollar jeep bumpers that everyone buys lol

1. clevis mounts welded to and bolted to the bumper/frame
2. Steering skid plate
3. light tabs
4. get winch fixed

glad you got that other bender working. I know mine sucks for making bends more than 15%. lol bumper looks good!

Thanks it's getting HEAVY... I went roughly off the Fabtech shorty. But changed the hoop a lil'. Looks good with the winch mounted too.

What kind of bender is it? Does it make the dimples in the pipe like all the other cheap benders?

My bender id OLD school... It is like a handdolly in that it stands up then when you get it where you want it you lie it down. No it does not put kinks or dimples in the metal. It does not like real heavy gage pipe though I put a cheater on it and that helps but I think that is what broke the org. 3/4" bolt and why I got it. I'll snap a pic before I go to work and post it.

IT'S ALIVE .... Finally got the winch working and sems to pull real good.. Going to put a better test on it tomarrow when I respool the wire.. A couple lil' things left to do and the bumper wil be complete (for now anyway).... Just glad I got it going.
