I thought I would add a few update pics, since the last ones Ive put on the 39.5's and added a body lift. This picture shows some flex, it actually had alot left but the brake lines go tight. Its right at three feet before the line got tight This is a shot of it next to my old chevy with 33's [Since This picture I have obtained some new running gear. I got a d60 front and a 10.25 rear. Im still looking for a zf tranny and a 205 if anyone knows where I can find them.

One minor detail you will run into is that the NP205 shifter rail runs into the mounting flange on a ZF 5spd. I was going to put a 205 on my Ford, ended up going with a doubler. You could make it work, but you will have to cut out a big chunk of the ZF flange. It would probably take 1 1/4" deep cut-out to clear.

The BW 1345 is a helluva strong transfer case... alot of the guys on fullsizebronoco still run them with huge tires, axles and etc. What does the 205 give you that the 1345 wont?
