I want to take it easy at first so I know the major stuff is alright, after I know my axles wont fall off, then I can jump her. I have a couple extra sets of axle shafts.. I think I wont be to bad off. This is the first truck I have build from the ground up. I hope to do quite a bit more, but I did what I could with out putting any money into it.

good chance your hubs are sticking, check the grease in the hub. as soon as you can you should put the part time kit in and install a good set of hubs. i twin sticked my 203 so that you can easily go into 4x4 in low or high with ease.

How hard and how much does it cost to twin stick a 203? is it kind of like doing the 203/205 combo?
