Hi everyone, remember Tillamook sunshine = rain.
Lee and I have solidified our next two work parties. Details to follow in upcoming emails.
Benny Hill trail # 31, on July 30th for our MC folks or anyone who would like to help. Jeep Trail, out of the Trask basin off Hembre Ridge Road for our 4WD, Quad, and MC user types (August 20th).
Tillamook State Forest's OHV event calendar has changed slightly; <<2005MotorizedCalendarofEventsFinal3.xls>> Temporary trail closure updates; Gummy Worm trail #12 is temporarily closed due to operations in the Bill's Beaver Trap Timber Sale. This trail will be cleared and reopened at the completion of the timber sale. Top of FB-5 trail #14 is temporarily closed due to operations in the Bill's Beaver Trap Timber Sale. Located off Saddle Mtn. Road to the entrance of Crushers Trail #14r. This segment of trail will be rerouted through the timber sale contractor and finished by the Department of Forestry after the completion of the timber sale. The new reroute was reviewed on the ground with different user groups approval. Kelly Foster OHV Program Coordinator Tillamook State Forest (503) 359-7463 Fax: (503) 357-4548 kfoster@odf.state.or.us
