I went wheelin at the same spot I got stuck in a week ago. Two other rigs came with me, my friend Mark in his '96 Dodge Ram on three 33" Thornbirds and a spare tire, and Holly in her '90s Toyota Tacoma SX on 31" street tires, and of course me in my '00 Dodge Dakota on 31" Wildcat's.
Mark after the first mud hole:
He was a little too "throttle happy" and kept going where there wasn't a trail.
A quick tug from the Dakota pulled the rear of his truck over enough for him to drive out. The strap snapped before I could pull him all the way out.
Me waiting for him to get back in the truck. (first he wouldn't get out 'cause he didn't wanna get dirty )
Holly waiting for Mark to move his truck so she can make an attempt (watch the video at the bottom of the post)
An action picture of me getting stuck. I tried straddeling (sp?) the ruts but slipped in 'em anyway.
I ended up getting tugged out backwards.
She got stuck trying to back through the hole I was stuck in a few days prior.
I was bored waiting for Mark to finish filling up with gas.
Yeah, I got stuck in the SAME hole again. I was trying not to get too much mud on me while hooking up the strap.
The last stuck (in the mud) of the night was Mark where I just had my Dakota.
And the list of carnage, which all belongs to Mark. lol
1 left rear bumper plastic cover, torn off when the strap snapped.
1 right tail light, knocked out by a very obvious fallen tree.
The culprit:
and 2 33" Thornbird tires, one had a nail, the other we don't know wtf cut it up.
And I can't forget "Dumpy" the mud snowman:
Here's Mark's Ram early in the day before getting stuck, this is also the same spot that I got stuck.... twice.

Holly trying to get out of Mark's ruts and not fall in the ditch on the left.

With all the trouble Mark had, he has now been overheard saying "I'm gonna get a Honda."
We all had a great time, next time we're gonna need bigger tires and more capable recovery rigs when the biggest truck of the group gets stuck.
