Went to the Deschutes State Forest OHV trails

I went out there for Tuesday and Wednesday with my friend Mark. I had a great time out there. Including the 100+miles we spent on the trails it was a 534 mile round trip for me.
The batteries for my video camera died towards the end of the second video and we didn't realize it and kept filming other locations.

It's hard to tell, but the right rear AND left front are off the ground. :shock






I tried breaking trail through the snow. I did alright up to the point of where it got real deep.















I wish I would've realized the batteries in my video camera went dead, we had some good stuff on there.

How far out of bend is that place? and how far from christmas valley? I definetly wanna head that way this summer.

All I really know is that it was 13 miles from the Shell gas station to the top of the mountain we parked on for the pictures. And that we turned Left onto China Hat Road and followed that all the way to the signs that said "Entering OHV Trail System". I wish I could be more help. When you plan to head out there, let me know. I'm up for another trip. There's way too much to see in just the two days I was there.
