Wut up everybody, I'm Manny sporting an "82" Blazer (not running at this time) hoping for some tips/ideas for my truck. Who's out there?

Hey there! I have not had good experiences with Blazers, but I wouldn't mind owning one of my own. I was taken for $3,000 and got nothing out of it... but at least my ex blew up the engine (because he didn't listen to me while rebuilding it) and then the tranny went POOF while he was out wheeling. Haha, karma. What happened to your's?

it's a full size, come payday I am going to pick a starter and a carb. Then my next step is to fix the rear main seal leak and get it back on the road.

I ran mine for at least a year and a half with a small oil leak that got worse. Turns out the guy I bought it from rigged a air filter with some kind of foam and it disintergrated and choked the carb. It would not pass smog so i let it sit for the last couple of years. With getting married, buying a house and such putting money into my rig has been put down on the list. Now after my malibu took a dump I'm ready to get my mudbuket on the road again!!! woo hoo!!!
