I have a new fear with my buggy build, which I hope will be back on at the end of the month! I picked up a 600hp 383 for it and now I worry a little about the front Chevy d60 ring and pinion letting go on me.
So heres the question longfield superaxle heat/cryo treats ring and pinions and swears they hold up to load way better. I have read several yota boys swear by it saying they have stopped breaking r&p gears since having theirs done...
Anyone have experience with this process and how much it helps?

quite a few guys i wheel with local swear by it. I know a few who run 5.29 and those toy gears always break and since they have done them they have gone years with no problems. I know Crusty has his gears done and he beats on his junk hard and to my knowledge has had to problems since he has had his done
