Getting the parts inline to do this I got most except the hoses that i will need made. I'll be using my Jeep a/c unit. I have an old compressor manifold that I think might work has anyone else used their old compessors manifold or did you go with somethig else?

So you did'nt fill it (the a/c pump) full of grease? Where did you get your hoses made at? I'm following the way that JP mag did theirs.

I just spray little wd 40 once a while. I just used air hose from semi truck brakes and hose clamps. 2 gallon tank up under by gas tank whole thing cost under 50 bucks. Lasted 5 years so far

For my air tank I did the same thing as studebaker. I used air brake tubing, it's DOT rated, ordered it from Mcmaster Carr. It's a medium hard plastic so it's decently flexible, then I just used brass compression fittings from Ace.

Ok so after crawling all under Lue there i just no place to mount my tank unless I go into the tub (which I really don't want to do) I'm thinking I could just go from the a/c pump? Would that be to hot to do though? was thinking of puting a outlet next to my winch. I think just running straight out would be fast enough to fill my tires without a tank?

Ive also seen people carry small portable air from harbor freight and just put in line when they want to use. I think if all your going to use pump for is tires no pump will work but any air tools without tank might cause some problems
