Here's my delema. I broke the main leaf so I got a stock main leaf to replace it but I have 4" lift springs and the stock leaf is a little longer and shaped a little different so it won't fit into the secound leaf cups. I can replace the secound leaf too, but I think it would affect the ride height. I could be wrong. My secound option is to cut off the cups of the second leaf and either mount it that was or do that and then just add the stock second stoke leaf to the stake so I have the cups. What do u think I should do? Need some input before I start cuting on the leaves..

Broken leaf Stock spring next to broken 4" lift spring Stock spring on with the other 4" leaf pack Pics make it easier to tell what I'm talking about. Do you think cuting off the tips of the second leaf so I can use the stock main leaf?

Well I just got the rest of the stock leaf pack from my buddy. The main and secound leaves form the stock pack a thinner the the one main of my pack. So I'm thinking tomorrow I'm going to use the top two leaves from the stock set and cut the secound leaf down to fit against the two stock leaves. It will only make the pack an 1/8" thicker. Unless some knows a better idea.

well got it all back together... So much for that attemp... they must not of been stock leaves... think they were from a different year then mine... it was a inch in a half longer spring and it pushed the axle back a inch or so on that side... i know they it was a little longer but can't drive it with the axle coked that bad... so next opion my buddy is looking for some new leaf packs anyway so i'll just combined his old matched set and the ones i have to make one good pair... atleast the off set will bee the same on both sides... goes to show do to both sdes not to one... good side bad side

I guess it was not a stock toy spring I'm going to have to replace it again. It through every thing off. Free fixes don't always work.
