im looking at some TBI or EFI options for my LC. Will TBI bolt to my Carb Manifold? If so will a after market High rise intake cause any problems? What are some other inexpensive options? I have a entire 350 tbi available but I would rather just run the TBI since the engine has a few upgrades.

The Chevy tbi is one of the reasons I own fords....JK Speed density only compensates so much for changes so becareful what you change on the engine.

you can get a adapter plate to run a carb intake with tbi they say its the best intake upgrade you can do to a tbi but you have to fab your own throttle and tv cable bracket and coil mount.
i put a tbi spacer, injector pod spacer and i grinded the ridge down on the top of the tbi around the bores smooth and i noticed a nice diff in lowend power almost got all the power back i lost when i went from stock to 6inch lift and 37s.
check out tbichips.com there is alot of good info there

Vacuum lines isnt a big deal, just need to plumb the fuel pressure reg and if it has a map that too. Sensors you need every thing that plugs into the engine harness, tps, coolant, map or bap, o2's, and depending on the system iac, knock, maf, oil etc. Your might also have to mod your fuel system. I don't know where GM's fuel pressure runs on those tbi's but the ferd port injection runs in the 30's for psi with a return. The hot ticket would be a maf tpi set up but that isn't cheap.
