Hey guys and gals. I'm trying to find out what rear axle is on my motor home and if their is a disc brake upgrade for it. Its a 2003 Chevy motor home with dually rear axle. There are some numbers on the front side by the drive line: 2060 in one spot and below it is 40002773. Thanks for any help.

Ive been running into alot of heavy chevys at the shop recently. and the more common axle i have been seeing in the 3500 and above has been the dana 80 style. but that 8 digit number is a chevy number so that might help identification if someone knew anything lol...
If its a class A you can call the coach builder with the chassis number, if its a class C you should be able to suply the vin to the dealer and they could tell you.. You might also get away with calling Six states and talking the Gary, (i think) he is REALLY good with the chevy axle stuff LOL..

look at some pictures of axles on different sites....... could it possibly be a AAM 11.5 with drw?
