Thanks Chevy girl lol nice name! Well what I'm saving for right now is to build the front end. Needs all new bearings gears you name it it's f'ed up. Thought about building a d60 but at 1,000 for a used one, then 1,000 to build it never mind. With chrome moly axle shifts a d44 should hold up for me and I plan on keeping it open diff so I can turn it lol. It's welded now and doesnt turn worth a damn. But thats first on the list then new tires, new carb, then hydraulic assist after that back to saving for a house lol important stuff first you know;)

All new ball joints, 5.13 gears all bearings and seals, wheel bearings, different knuckles so the new tie rod comes in though the top giving more clearance from the ground, new warn hubs, new u joints. reworked the cross over steering with a few new doodads. Got it all done at Leonard's off road which is now at this house he has closed his main shop:( and only doing a few jobs a month.

Saw you were working on it the other day, when I was on my way home. I had been wondering what happened to Leonards, seemed like the shop was always busy, any more info?

He hasn't been to busy lately, and he said the over head was getting to be to much. It's too bad I learned a lot from him, I worked there right out of high school and spent every minute of my free time there for a few years in my teens. Almost ten years ago now lol. yeah he's just doing job by job basis hope he still does my gear work I don't trust anyone else.
