Does anyone know if I can take a chev 3/4 ton d44 and swap the axle tubes and shaft's from side to side to put the pumpkin on the other side???

it would work but be alot of work. You would have to seperate the knuckles and diff from the tubes. a d44 ford axle shouldn't be that hard to find. I'm sure pigpin has a couple laying around.

Cool. I need to do something, my jeep flex's into the fender and hood so wider axles should help.

No body left on it. I think a wide xj would rock

just out of curiosity... why not just get a Ford D44? preferrably a High Pinion D44... then you dont have to worry about it.
