so ive been having some issues with the brakes and im not sure what to do. i replaced the master cylinder and booster bled everything to death but for some reason when i start her up i still have almost no pressure just a little bit at the very end of the pedal, not sure if i need to adjust the booster pin or what, any help would be much apreciated. the other thing i thought might be a problem is the larger size of the 1/2 ton calipers but not sure that makes that big of a differnce.

yeah we bled it before putting it in. i dunno i am going to try bleeding them all one more time tommarow and if that doesnt work ill try adjusting that pin for the booster. then i am out of ideas.

I'm not 100% sure that used master cylinder is good, I believe it was good when I took it out, but it has been sitting for a while. Did you get the calipers facing the right way? Bleeder screws on top instead of facing down. I'm thinking since there is a little bit of pedal, that the problem may be in the front axle? Does that have rubber brake lines? Could always clamp the rubber brake lines to isolate the rear wheel Cylinders & the front calipers. That would take them out of the problem if it still did the same thing.

its got braided ss lines all around, yeah i might try that i dunno but i can see the fronts clamp but its just like i dont have enough pressure to hold them to stop it so i am hoping i can just adjust that pin to get just a little more pressure out of the booster so i can get some pedal on it.

i am just about out of ideas i went and bled the brakes one more time and adjusted the booster screw up and down fully and no change i dunno what to do i am just about out of ideas and getting very frustrated, its just wierd that i would get brake pressure when its off but not when i start it up is just odd, im not sure what that means but ill do some searching tonight to see if i can diagnose it. uggg
