yea that is the plan. i am going to try to build all of the mounts, crossmembers and get the axles built so it will be a quick day or 2 to get it sitting on its own weight. then just tying up loose ends like extended brake lines building drivelines and steering

i had a few packages show up the last few days. 4 foa 16" travel coilovers and the springs for them, my comp cut corners have also showed up. i would have all of my link parts but have been having trouble with my bank card and cant order parts should have a new one in the next work and be able to get the rest of the parts in the next few weeks.

what spring rates did you go with and lengths. Mine called out two different lengths.

i searched on pirate for a while looking at other builds and looking at used coilovers for sale and the most common seemed to be a 200/250 for the spring rates on jeeps and similar weight vehicles and they are 16" length.

looks like i forgot to put up a pic of the axles here they are a little rusty but they have a big makeover coming soon. rust removal, gears, lockers, bearings and seals, then on to trusses, high steer arms, hydro steering, and link mounts

well i didnt get to work on the tj like i had planned today my cousin called me pretty early to meet him at the hospital but on the upside there is a new baby in the family as of 12:08.
i drove the tj around the property a little yesterday and i think ive trashed the axles pretty bad there is alot of clunking and grinding coming from both axles so it looks like the axle swap is going to be coming quick.
