anyone wanna see a busted dana 44 chromoly axle? I'm not gonna give any more info until all parties are finished with the warranty procedures I just thought it looked cool.

i wonder what went first, the OX or the stub shaft. i have run the CTM's for years now with no problems.

I have been talking to the guys at Randy's to see what we can do here to take care of Roger. Basically, the first words out of the warranty guys mouth was Holy sh*t!! I have never seen anything like that before!
I then said, "so we can expect full replacements ASAP then?" They got real quiet and said "we'll get back to you". I gave them until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow to come up with the right answer before I start raising holy hell. I'm an asshole that way.

I wasn't trying to put you on the spot that's why I didn't mention names. Infact Roger didn't even want them posted but I had to show em off. Hopefully every thing will get worked out. The OX might even be salvageable with a couple replacement parts.

So far they are not saying "no", but they aren't saying "yes" either. I am pestering their warranty dept. for the "right" answer. They must have more than one issue to deal with because I haven't heard anything back from them since I talked to them on Tuesday. I have been leaving messages and e-mails every day, 3 times a day since then though. I just got off the phone with my sales guy there. He promised to get involved and see if he can speed things up for Roger.
