Wow, what an expensive fast lil car. i dont really know any of the specs you guys just described, but if it makes poorboy do the homer voice then it must be pretty good. lol. its kind of pretty... but it looks like its unfinished, with the two colors. or is it supposed to look like that?

its carbon fiber. Paint just adds weight. When I open the hood on mine in the sunlight you can see light thru the fibers.

oh, okay. carbon fiber, got it... thanks for the education! always good to learn stuff! but wont those break if you run them on a wheeling truck? i would be scared to have it on my truck for fear to breaking it. especially on my big truck.

carbon fiber is pretty strong, it wouldnt last as a fender though because like fiberglass it would break. A carbon fiber grand cherokee hood would be saaweeet.

i can see thru my trunk, but not thru the hood because of the heat shielding and they also airbrushed the underside of the hood. don't know why, but the manufacturer did it. Carbon fiber is actually very strong if laid properly, just like fiberglass, but lighter and stronger. if you could find stuff for your truck made of carbon fiber, i wouldn't worry about it breaking. Marv, this thing isn't going anywhere near a mud bog There's a few more upgrades i want to do to it. New exhaust manifold and tubular O2 housing for starters. gonna get a wideband O2 for it next week. I can get it from the shop i'm working at on the side. Kinda working for upgrades and to get my foot in the door right now. It seems to have worked out well because yesterday they offered me a position at the new shop when it gets built. they should be breaking ground on it in the next few weeks. it's called PSI (portland speed industries) and it's gonna be right off of 26 at the shute rd exit. we'll have a 4 wheel/all wheel drive dyno, fab shop, 8 bay garage and the upstairs will be offices and storage for parts. Best part is gonna be the R34 Skyline GTR sitting in the reception area out front. I can't wait!!!!

i'd die for a skyline!!!! i's settle for a wrx though!...... the R34 is that the one w/ 1000hp stock? No, it's about 375 horse stock. Ours is about 550 to the wheels right now if i remember correctly. We're keeping it a twin turbo setup for streetability since its one of about 10 R34 GTR's legal to drive in the US. We're planning on pushing about 650 to 700 AWHP when it's all said and done. you're thinking of the MINE'S R34. it's nowhere near stock, but if you had the quarter mill to buy one, that's what it would come with. way cool and close to me!! I will have to come by and say hello. Do you guy's work on a 5.0 motor in a jeep I'll let you know when it opens up. I don't think they'd be against working on it. From what the owners said they're not going to be strictly "imports". One of the owners loves classic american muscle and has a 64 impalla ss as a cruiser right now and the other owner has an 01 ram 1500 with a 360 on one tons, 37x13.5 toyo mt's on 17" Trail Ready beadlocks, ARB'd front and rear.

Can't wait to see the new GTR out on the street !!! Cool fast and fun. Nice cars. the owner with the ram is thinking about putting himself on the list for one. the list will probably cost an extra 20 grand over sticker from what everyone else on the list is saying. it's almost like an auction to get your name on it.
