got one side stripped of the sound deadener..... gonna sand to bare metal after I get this stuff off

I really need to do that to my floors, I can see way too much daylight thru mine.
How long didi it take ya to get them that clean?

I spent close to 8 hours I think..... I used a wood chisel and a hammer at first to remove the bulk of the sound deadener. then I used a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder with sanding and grinding discs to finish the rest. most of my holes were small so I just filled them in with a wire feed welder....not real pretty but you wont be able to see it after the herculiner is on

i just did the rear cargo area and my roll bar in the ramcharger with Duplicolor bedliner. it wasnt to bad to brush on. its not rough as herculiner. it looks real nice and seems easy to clean. ill post a pic tomorrow.

got the interior gutted and ready for a final sand before rollin on the herculiner gonna herculine the botttom of the door as well

turned out pretty good I think.... still have the doors and tailgate to do, I am using duplicolor stuff thats in the spray cans for the rest... the downside to herculiner is that it tends to fill bolt holes if you apply it heavy

Lookin good JYD! I gotta pull the carpet out of my Bronco soon, it's starting to mold in places :-P

same reason I took out the carpet on the 90 bronco I had.... plus it was stained too

I started pullin the carpet out of the bronco, and there is too many wires running under the carpet.

a past owner installed this as a coolant recovery bottle I thought that looked hack, so I found this at pic n pull for about $5 its from a late 80 chevy.... but it is practally brand new

stuck at home this weekend ,so I thought I would do some of the smaller projects I have the stuff to do... I'll keep you all posted on what gets done.... need to get a job so I can get this thing on the trail

got my switch panels done up the left control aux back up lights and the right is the dimmer switch for the headlights these switches contol the offroad lights
