Test drove it today and its got some ballz. A bit loud with open headers but it'll roast the tires as long as i dare hold on the throttle. I'm thinking it might have to make trip to the mud drags.

I think the 35" boggers will work perfect on it.

the new exhaust with flowmasters is finished up along with some new wires. Sounds good and still has plenty of power. I think justin will be happy with it.

Updated pic of its current look. Justin aquired a large trans leak when playing on the roller hills in the back. He always had a bit of a leak but it got real bad. We pulled the t-case today and of course 3 of 4 adapter bolts were loose. Even more shocking was each hole had 4 cracks in it. Good thing Kendra broke her trans in half or Justin may have had a new trophey.

Took my spare adapter to work and removed that damn counter sunk hole that seams to cause bolts to come loose. Every adapter I have ever taken apart that leaked had bolts that didnt fit in that counter sink. Here is justins old adapter, all the holes look like this. The red arrows are cracks, the green arrow is the counter sink i am talking about. and the new improved adapter.

did you weld it up and machine it? what trans and case?? I'm thinking about welding the cracks in my th350 bell housing, the two I found are not in any bolt holes or alignment holes. I'm just worried about any I cant see.

it is not the same adapter it was a spare i had. But all the adapters have the same counter sink. It is a th350 to np203 adapter.
As for your cracks I feel your pain. I had a 350 trans I did an exchange for a rebuilt and it had spider cracks all over the top of the housing. We ended up just sealing them externally since they werent in a load bearing location. They did leak when in gear before the reseal.
Jonny I still have a couple 4x4 th350s in the shed. One doesnt have reverse and one was rebuilt but I got it real hot after a couple runs so it may be good or may slip i dunno I swapped in a th400 before testing it.
