I think that will be a great truck for Justin, good move on trading that bronco, I think it will be easier to trade parts and get spares having a few of the same rigs. Gotta jump on those hand me down parts from pops.

new tires we mounted up on it. 37x12.5x16.5 Swamper SSR. These are about 2 inch taller than the 36's I took off. I should have got a side by side shot of them. the ol ugly junk yard motor, i'll throw on an aluminum intake and 4 barrel later.

Time for an update, I will post pics later since I'm using my phone to type this.
The first junkyard motor was a 305 so that got swapped for a junkyard 350 that seams to run pretty good.
The ssr's got taken off and put on the ford for tow duty.
Jon hooked us up with some 38"s though.
Also got some wheels from Pat that will get repolished then installed.
Yesturday Justin replaced the heater core so now he won't freeze.
Also fixed the alternator no charge problem with help from josh.
Justin got his drivers license on tuesday so he drove it to school on thursday for the first time. I'm kinda jealous cause I didn't get a lifted truck for a first car to drive.
Today we will fix the fuel gauge and he should be set.

Its got a 6 inch lift on it. Not sure what mods he wants to do besides paint and d60.
He has0been eyeballing my spare 454.
I don't think this truck will get too extreme. He has my old willys to build eventually

We had the tires off and on jackstands so the hoist could go high enough.
